U.S. Agent for Service (USAS)

What is USAS?

The FAA now requires non-U.S. pilots without a U.S. address to designate a U.S.-based agent to receive legal documents and official FAA communications on their behalf. This designated agent will serve as the official point of contact for all FAA-related correspondence. Read the full FAA rule.

How we can help

As your designated agent, Maximum Aviation will act as your official point of contact for all communications with the FAA.

Maximum Aviation will notify you via email and ensure that any required FAA physical documents are promptly mailed to your designated address.
